Our Bright and cosy single rooms are about 10 to 11 square meters large. They are equipped with flat-screen TV and each room has a small, private, en suite bathroom with shower and WC. All single rooms are at the front side of our house. There is no lift, but free wifi.

Arrivals after 10pm are not possible, arrivals after 8pm may incur additional charges.

This holiday apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 persons. It is located in the centre of Cologne, in a calm area 200 meters from the river Rhine. The trade fair area, the “Koelnarena” and the old part of the city with its sights, shops and nightlife are very near and can all be reached by walking or a short tram ride. You can see the cathedral from the kitchen window. The apartment is located under the roof, it provides a living room, a bedromm, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. There is a Flat-screen TV and a sofa in the living room and 2 beds in the little bedroom. Our house has no elevator! Extra beds for a 3rd or 4th person are possible in the living room.

The double rooms are about 16 to 20 square meters large, they are equipped with flat-screen TV and have large, private, en suite bathrooms with shower or bathtub and WC. Double rooms have either a double bed or two single beds (single beds can be put together like a double bed). All double rooms are at the back of the house. There is no lift, but free wifi.
