For bookings made through our website, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid within 7 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. 💶
For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount is payable immediately.
If payment is not received by the due date, we will first send a payment reminder allowing a reasonable additional period for payment. If payment is still not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, where applicable, charge cancellation fees in accordance with the conditions below. ⚠️
Payment can be made using the payment details or payment link provided on your invoice, or directly during the booking process using the Pay Now option. 💳
The following cancellation conditions apply to cancellations made by the guest:
More than 28 days before arrival: free cancellation. Any payments already made will be refunded in full. ✔️
From 28 days up to and including 14 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
Less than 14 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount applies. ⏳
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, for example by email. The date on which we receive your cancellation determines the applicable cancellation fee.
Any payments already made will be offset against the applicable cancellation fees. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
If you booked through Booking.com, the payment and cancellation conditions stated in your Booking.com reservation apply.
Payments, booking modifications and cancellations are handled through Booking.com, where applicable to your reservation. 🔄
